We believe that nothing should stand between you and your chocolates. We take great care in shipping our chocolates to insure that you receive high quality products. Due to the delicate nature of our fine chocolates we must adhere to the following shipping guidelines:

  - Packages are insulated and filled with gel ice as needed in the warm weather.

  - We cannot ship on weekends or holidays in the summer time and reserve the right to decide when to ship the order to maximize the chances of the chocolates arrving in good condition. If you need them on a particular day please contact us beforehand. During busy holiday seasons we recommend ordering early as we will cut off our guarantee of products arriving on time after a certain posted date. Products may also take a few extra days to ship during such seasons. There will be no refunds when ordering after the deadline on account of not receiving in time for the holiday.

  - Online orders are shipped via USPS and must arrive by Fridays to avoid sitting over the weekend especially in the summer. We can not be responsible for shipments that do not arrive or are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided to us. When the package is returned to us we will reinvoice for return shipping. There is no guarantee whatsoever in terms of receiving time or quality condition on International orders due to long ship times.

  - Shipping Mode:
        - Priority Mail (Usually 2 or 3 days) from Shipping Date; Ships Monday thru Wednesday.
        - Express Mail (Usually next day) from Shipping Date; Ships Monday thru Thursday.

  - Payment Methods - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

  - Package Tracking - We recommends that customers track their packages during shipment. If your product is delivered to the wrong address, or is lost by the carrier, tracking information will help in the recovery of the package. It is the responsibility of the carrier to locate merchandise in their care.

Shipping Rates

  - All rates are the actual rates as provides by USPS. Just enter the product into the cart and you will see the options.

  - Orders made after 9 AM EST will usually ship out the next day but may take up to a week during busy holiday seasons. Please be patient as we will get you the chocolates as fast as we can. You can check the status online and you will receive an email with tracking when the products ship. If you did not receive an email at the billing address provided - your box did not ship yet.


We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please email us explaining the issue as we do not accept items back into our facility once they have left. We will issue a prompt refund or replacement.

- Receiving Damaged Merchandise - If you receive merchandise that is damaged, please contact us to report the damage immediately upon receipt of shipment. Detailed digital photographs, showing box, packaging materials and damage are acceptable as evidence for claim purposes.

- All sales are final for all products and can not be expected to be cancelled.
